Tree Reformer Pilates Terms & Conditions, Waiver Policy and Refund Policy

These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Tree Reformer Pilates on the site and in our studio.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this site or on the Mindbody website and App. will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Important Liability Statement

By signing up for and/or attending sessions or events using the studios and equipment of Tree Reformer Pilates, clients confirm that they have no health problems which may affect their participation. Tree Reformer Pilates do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Tree Reformer Pilates before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the studio and/or which may have arisen or worsened since their last session at the studio (if any).

Tree Reformer Pilates reserves the right to refuse access to any client if, at its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of studio facilities.

​

Clients who suffer an accident or injury on the Tree Reformer Pilates premises must report the accident or injury and the circumstances in which it occurred immediately following the accident or injury to a staff member at the studio.

​

Pregnancy Pre & Post Natal

Clients who are pregnant or immediately following pregnancy will be able to participate in the sessions, subject to advice or consent from their doctor. These clients understand that their level of participation in sessions and which exercise to perform must be determined by themselves, in consultation with their physician, and that Tree Reformer Pilates teachers or staff are not responsible for the intensity of their participation. These clients should stop all activity immediately if they feel any discomfort. Upon experiencing any discomfort at any time, either during or after class, the member shall immediately contact their treating physician/GP/Midwife to inform him/her and seek advice.

Clients who are pregnant, or immediately following pregnancy, understand that the teachers at Tree Reformer Pilates are not physicians, nurses, or emergency medical technicians. By making exercise classes available, the teachers and the business are not undertaking any responsibility regarding the clients’ medical condition(s).

​

Clients who participate in any exercise program while pregnant, or immediately following pregnancy, may increase the risk of injury to themselves and, if applicable, to their unborn child. Clients hereby personally accept any and all risks associated with participating in sessions at Tree Reformer Pilates.

​

Any information held by Tree Reformer Pilates regarding the health status of clients who are pregnant or immediately following pregnancy shall be treated as confidential and only be released in accordance with GDPR Regulation.

Session expiry dates

All Intro Offers are valid from the date of purchase - MAXIMUM 1 per client (new clients only)

All our packages are valid from the date of the first session.

 

Single Class Pass - expires within 30 days from the date of purchase.

​

PACKAGES - are valid from the date of the first session.

4 classes - expires within 30 days 

8 classes - expires within 45 days 

12 classes - expires within 60 days 

24 classes - expires within 90 days

 

Payments

Details of session prices are available at treereformerpilates.com .

A client may not attend any session at the studio without first booking and paying for the relevant session. 

We are a cashless studio and we accept all major credit cards on our online booking system.

Tree Reformer Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases. 

Tree Reformer Pilates do not offer package extensions.

Bookings and Cancellations

In the event of Tree Reformer Pilates canceling a service, clients will be credited back to their account.

 

Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A client may use the waitlist facility in the event a spot is not available in a session. If a client joins the waitlist for a particular session and becomes automatically enrolled, their booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in the usual way.

Clients can book or reschedule sessions for themselves via the website: treereformerpilates.com, MindBody website and app, in person or email.

​​

Tree Reformer Pilates operate a 24h cancellation policy whereby any booked sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In any other case, the session will be charged and, if applicable, be deducted from the remainder of your package. Failure to attend an appointment/class with less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment/class.​

Pricing

Information displayed on the site or in our studio as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Tree Reformer Pilates without notice.

Use of Facilities

Clients are advised to not use their phones during class. Should clients be expecting an important phone call, they are advised to notify the teacher prior to the session starting. 

​

Clients are required to follow the instructions of the teacher at all times and clients are not allowed to use any of the Studio’s equipment unsupervised and outside the sessions.

​

Clients under the age of 18 should contact the studios directly to advise accordingly. Upon completing privates, clients aged 16 and over can join classes upon teacher’s consent.

​​

Lateness

Tree Reformer Pilates lateness policy can prevent clients from taking part in a session if you are more than 5 minutes late, unless otherwise consented by the teacher of the session.

 

Lateness to a private session is handled at the discretion of the teacher the client has booked in with. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the session.

Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought onto the studio premises at the client’s own risk. Tree Reformer Pilates does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

​

Dress Code

Clients are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of Pilates. Clients are advised not to wear clothing with zips as it can damage the equipments.

​

Safety & Hygiene

In the interests of safety and hygiene, only water is permitted in the studio. 

​

Other than the exception of guide dogs, no pets are permitted in the studio spaces. â€‹

Tree Reformer Pilates advises that all new clients to our studio enroll into our Beginner classes. Clients enrolled into our Beginner classes will receive an induction to the studio apparatus during their first visit. After attending a session, clients confirm they understand how to use the equipment and shall, at all times, comply with their safety protocols. 

​

Safety of its clients is crucial to Tree Reformer Pilates. Our trained Teachers may, where possible, provide corrective touch during sessions to ensure that clients are safe and maintain correct form. If it becomes apparent to a teacher that you are unable to use the apparatus correctly and/or cannot follow their instructions, the studio reserves the right to have you attend a session at a level applicable to you.

General

We reserve the right to cancel any classes, sessions, packages and/or to refuse entry to any/all our sites at our discretion if:

  • in our professional opinion, we consider that you are not medically or physically able to use our facilities safely, or that it is not in your best interests to continue attending classes or sessions at Tree Reformer Pilates

  • you are in serious or repeated breach of our terms and conditions

  • you have booked or have attended classes or sessions without payment

  • in our reasonable opinion, we consider your behaviour or language to be offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening or discriminatory to our staff, our business or to other clients

  • your behaviour or conduct does or, may, risk the physical or mental wellbeing of our staff

Tree Reformer Pilates may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the site. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
