TEACHER

Founder & Pilates Teacher
Priscila Edwards
“True Pilates is not about doing more. It is about moving with greater understanding, precision, and purpose.”
For Priscila, Pilates is not simply a fitness class—it is a discipline, an education, and a lifelong pursuit of excellence.
With over eight years of teaching experience, she has built her career around one principle: every client deserves expert guidance, individual attention, and a Pilates experience rooted in quality rather than trends. Her teaching reflects a deep respect for the original method developed by Joseph Pilates while embracing the evolving understanding of movement science.
Her commitment to mastery extends far beyond certification. Priscila is currently undertaking advanced mentorship with Erica Almodovar, one of today’s respected Pilates educators, as she progresses through the recognised Pilates lineage. Her goal is to become a third-generation Pilates teacher and, ultimately, a Master Teacher—a journey that reflects years of dedicated study, observation, and refinement rather than a destination reached through short courses alone.
At Tree Reformer Pilates, Priscila has created more than a studio—she has created a place where Pilates is taught with authenticity, expertise, and genuine care. Whether working with a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, or someone returning from injury, her aim remains the same: to help every client build a stronger body, a more resilient mind, and a lifelong appreciation for intelligent movement.
Pilates is not about performing perfect exercises—it is about understanding your body, moving with intention, and building a foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing. Every session is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and empower clients to become stronger, more resilient versions of themselves.
