Beginners Class
This class is ideal for people who are completely new to Reformer Pilates at Tree Reformer Pilates, those who have had a break from Pilates or anyone who just wants to focus on the basics of Pilates. An Entry Level class designed for first time clients, regardless of fitness level or age. The perfect introduction or reintroduction to fall in love with Reformer Pilates.

Stretchy - Reformer/Tower
Pilates Flexibility Class, A gentle, low-intensity class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall range of motion. Release tension, feel your shoulders, hip, and spine loosen, and enjoy a sense of physical and mental relaxation.

All Levels Class
An open level class that will challenge your strength, control, coordination and balance. This mixed level classes will provide a challenging full body workout, whilst still incorporating modifications where necessary.

Intermediate Class
Classical Pilates Based Class - This intermediate-level class is designed for clients who have consistently practiced Pilates at Tree Reformer Pilates.
Participants should have a strong core, strength, and fully understanding the basic system (Beginner Repertoire).

Circuit Class
Classical Pilates Based Class - Our Circuit Class is a group class using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Improve Strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance with each peace offering a unique challenge.

Total Body
This is an energising full-body workout that combines Reformer Pilates and cardio, pushing you to new limits. With props like Jumpboard, dumbbells, and magic circles, you'll sculpt, strengthen, and boost endurance.
WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNER - Complete at least 4 BEGINNER classes first.
