1:1 Private Class
With bespoke private lessons, your personal instructor will focus exclusively on your goals and your progress. Whether it’s body shape, tone, pain, or posture our instructors will tailor your session to suit your individual needs. You will be guided through exercises on the Reformer, and all the different types of Pilates apparatus that wouldn’t be used in a group-class setting. This is the most effective way to learn and perfect the Pilates method.
Duet & Trio Private Class
A Duet/Trio session is perfect if you feel you need additional motivation or support and are keen to share both your Reformer Pilates journey and the cost. It’s a private Reformer Pilates session, but rather than featuring just you and your Pilates teacher, you get to bring a friend, partner or co-worker. Share the fun!
