Beginners Class
This class is ideal for people who are completely new to Reformer Pilates at Tree Reformer Pilates, those who have had a break from Pilates or anyone who just wants to focus on the basics of Pilates. An Entry Level class designed for first time clients, regardless of fitness level or age. The perfect introduction or reintroduction to fall in love with Reformer Pilates.
After attend 4 Beginners class you can try all Levels class.
SUITABLE FOR ANYONE
Stretchy
Less intense than our standard Reformer classes, This class will help you to improve your flexibility and range of motion. You will explore how it feels to stretch, allowing the body to absorb the feeling of being freer, and improving your flexibility and mobility.
You’ll feel looser and enjoy a greater range of movement through the shoulders, hips and spine. It’s also a great way to free yourself from the stresses – physical and emotional – that build up through the day.
SUITABLE FOR ANYONE
All Levels Class
An open level class that will sculpt and tone the entire body leaving you feeling strong and recharged. Once you are more familiar with the reformer machines, and have completed 4 beginners level classes, you may wish to progress to the All Levels sessions. The mixed level classes will provide a more challenging full body workout, whilst still incorporating modifications where necessary. After attend 4 Beginners class you can try All Levels
NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS
Intermediate Class
This class is an intermediate level class and is best for clients who have consistently practiced Pilates classes at Tree Reformer Pilates. Your instructor will advise you when you are ready to move to Intermediate level. To attend Intermediate classes you will need to fully understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly, have a very good body awareness, very good levels of fitness, stamina, flexibility, core strength, full body strength and technical capability.

Cadillac Class
Cadillac Pilates is perfect if you currently enjoy Reformer Pilates, want to challenge your entire body and are looking to expand your Pilates practice.
Our Cadillac class creates a long, lean and fit physique; improving posture and toning your entire body.5 mins in you’ll soon realise there’s no room to cheat! If you want to challenge the whole body and walk away feeling strong, connected and tall this is definitely the class for you!
Ladder Barrel Class
The Ladder Barrel helps isolate deep postural muscles and challenges the body on all planes of movement, encourage the spine to move into extension, flexion (to backbend and forward bend), lateral flexion (side bend) in a supported way. Performing these movements regularly, promotes optimal mobility, flexibility, strength of the spine, and enhance your overall posture.
The barrel can really challenge the core, strength and flexibility.
